Who We Are

At Dusk Empowered Women’s Association (DEWA), we are a non-profit organization committed to creating a society where marginalized women, particularly female sex workers, are treated with respect, dignity, and equity. Based in Kampala, Uganda, DEWA works tirelessly to advance human rights, health, and socio-economic empowerment for vulnerable communities.

Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to create a world where every woman, regardless of occupation or social status, has access to healthcare, justice, and economic opportunities. We envision a future where marginalized women live free from stigma and discrimination, with full access to their human rights.
